Dr. Pascal Soepper

img_6800a-dscbw Pascal Soepper has been living and working in Japan since 2013. Before joining Atsumi & Sakai Janssen in July 2016 he was appointed as Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Law of Niigata University. He studied law in Muenster and Niigata and did his legal apprenticeship with the District Court Muenster. Pascal Soepper was awarded with the Doctor of Laws from the University of Muenster in December 2015 for his dissertation on the legal aspects of Crowdfunding in light of contract, corporate and capital market law. As of September 2017, he has joined the Atsumi Sakai Janssen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. (Not registered as a foreign lawyer in Japan, admitted in Germany.) He speaks German, English and Japanese.
