Lived and worked in Japan for over 25 years and assisted multi-national enterprises as well as SMEs in numerous cross border transactions between Europe and Japan across several industries with Mergers & Acquisitions and other large transactions.
He has been participating in the management of leading international law firms in Tokyo as equity partner since 1998. Registered German lawyer and register in Japan as Attorney at Foreign Law.
Fluent in German, Japanese, English and Chinese.
