Markus Janssen, has lived and worked in Japan for over 20 years and assisted multinational enterprises as well as SMEs in numerous cross border transactions between Europe and Japan in several industries with Mergers & Acquisitions and other large transactions. He has been participating in management of leading international law firms in Tokyo as equity partner since 1998. (Foreign Lawyer registered at Tokyo 1st Bar Association, admitted in Germany).
